At Medusainlove, we strive for excellence in every handcrafted piece. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and cancellations:
1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (Made-to-Order & High-Risk)
Due to their bespoke nature (specifically manufactured for your order) or high logistical sensitivity, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Furniture: Upholstered Headboards, Coffee Tables, Display Units, Poufs, Armchairs, and Sun Lounges.
- Mirrors: Due to their handcrafted nature and high risk of damage during return transit.
- Wall Decor: All Wallpapers and Wall Panels (as they are printed in specific batches per order).
- Custom-Cut Fabrics: Any fabrics cut to a specific length upon your request.
- Porcelain & Ceramic Objects: Delicate items with a high risk of breakage during transit.
- Earrings: Non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
2. RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition:
- Standard Textiles: Curtains, bedspreads, towels, cushions (with unopened inserts), and table linens.
- Fashion & Accessories: Kimonos and bags.
- Jewellery: Necklaces, bracelets, ear cuffs and brooches.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please be aware that return shipping for large or heavy items can be significant. The product must reach us in perfect condition to qualify for a refund.
4. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. For manufacturing faults, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with standard consumer rights. Once we receive the product from you, we will test it and, provided we agree with your assessment, we will refund the price of the faulty product along with the delivery charges you paid.
5. WHAT CAN’T YOU RETURN?
Products with problems caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear can’t be returned to us and won’t be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Also, if you return something to us which isn’t actually faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?
To ensure your return is handled correctly and reaches the right department, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Please contact our support team at 📧 info@medusainlove.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and authorization for our Quality Control Center.
- Authorization: Once authorized, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
- Shipping: For logistical efficiency and thorough inspection, all return shipments are processed through our “Regional Quality & Logistics Hub”. Please do NOT send items to our registered office address in Estonia as they can NOT be processed there.
