masterpiece fits your space perfectly.
2. Q: Is the Kimono one-size-fits-all?
A: Yes! Our Kimonos are designed with a standard, flowy fit that beautifully complements all body types, offering both comfort and elegance.
3. Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your Medusainlove piece is dispatched, you will receive a tracking
number via email so you can follow its journey to your home.
4. Q: Why can't I order upholstered furniture to the UK, Ireland, or California?
A: Local fire safety laws require specific certifications for residential upholstered furniture. We currently only offer Headboards, Armchairs, Poufs, Coffee Tables, Throws, Cushions and Ready-made Curtains with FR (Fire Retardant - BS 5852) certification for large-scale B2B and Commercial projects.
5. Q: What should I do if my mirror arrives damaged?
A: While we pack our mirrors with extreme care, accidents can happen.Please contact us
with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue
immediately to ensure your satisfaction.
